It's quite simple, just advertise a Matthew Barney lecture, with limited seating and less tickets than anyone ever imagined than make everyone stand around for hours, pass out tickets to a select few and those who insisted on cutting in line and tell the rest to go home. It's all fairly simple. It was worse than the H&M opening of Viktor and Rolf. Thanks Hirshhorn.
Also got an angry email from a certain designer this morning, won't say much more except that I'm standing my ground.
