In my simplistic days of tiny decadence nothing brings me the same type of pleasure as a visit to my local library. Scanning the endless mounds of books brings me indescribable, almost shocking amounts of joy. Finding a book which I nearly bought on Half.com feels similar to winning a small local lottery. $20 saved. My library is light strewn and pleasant, but transient. If it resembled either of these libraries in Copenhagan and The Netherlands, I might take it camp and never leave. Best to keep it sterile and transient, I suppose.
