And I hear ya re: fashion being boring. I just can't seem to muster my old enthusiasm for it these days.
It's really strange Iris. I suppose it might have to do with the recession but I also think it's the incoming of cold weather. I become very uncreative when first tasked with dealing with the cold.
Aw, that's so cute - your parents look curiously cool too. I want to be in that sunny place by the sea...
Hehe, I'm the opposite - as soon as summer hits (like our 34 degree day here), I lose the will to dress in anything other than shorts and singlets. Or swimmers. And the daggiest hats you will ever come across!
It bores the hell out of me, too. Ugh.
And yes...they ARE awesome.
